Content Submission Agreement.

1. Your content and your rights

You keep ownership of the photographs, stories, and other content you submit (“Content”). You confirm that you took the photographs yourself or have permission from the copyright owner to grant the rights described below. You also confirm that your submission does not knowingly violate another person's copyright, privacy, or other legal rights.

2. Permission to share your content

You grant Circle Up Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, continuing license to store, reproduce, resize, crop, format, display, publish, and share your Content in connection with Circle Up Sports and its mission, including on our website, official social media accounts, and materials that promote the project. We may add captions, identify schools or events, and make reasonable edits for presentation or clarity without materially misrepresenting the Content.

This permission allows us to keep previously published posts and archived materials available. It does not transfer ownership of your Content to us. We will not use your photographs as merchandise designs or sell or license them to unrelated third parties for their independent commercial use without obtaining separate permission.

3. People shown in photographs

Only submit photographs that you are comfortable sharing publicly and that were taken and shared lawfully. Please be especially thoughtful about photographs of minors. Do not submit a photograph that you know creates a privacy or safety concern, and do not include sensitive personal information about anyone pictured. If permission is required for a particular photograph or use, you are responsible for obtaining it.

4. Review and publication

Submitting Content does not guarantee publication. Circle Up Sports may review, decline, remove, or edit Content in its discretion. We may contact you at the email address you provide to ask questions or verify details.

5. Requests about content

If you believe a photograph or story should not appear on Circle Up Sports, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review reasonable requests to correct or remove Content. We may not be able to remove material already shared by other people, cached by third parties, or retained in ordinary backups.

6. Submitting on behalf of someone else

By submitting, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a parent or legal guardian is making the submission and accepting these terms on your behalf. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit the photographs for you.
